Hello Reader,
I reached 100K — and realised success needed a new definition.
Work hard. Stay busy. Achieve more. And yes, I did crack the 100K mark.
There was a time when my priority was to break the 100K salary mark. That was my definition of success back then.
But today? Things have shifted.
Now, I am an ambitious working mother.
Ambitious – always.
Working – I love what I do.
Mother – of two beautiful kids (1&3).
I want to create something of my own. I want to make an impact — on my terms.
What I want from life has changed. And that’s okay.
It should be allowed to change. And it should be allowed to show in my career, too.
I still want to be successful — and I am.
I’ve learned to define success in a way that actually feels right for me. And that changes everything.
If it feels like things are changing for you and you feel that you are measuring the wrong thing, here is my advice: Embrace it.
I know how hard this can be.
Send me a DM or reply to this email if I can support you in a motivational coffee chat, of if you want to swap stories if the above resonates with you.
You can do it! 🙋♀️💪
