Hello Reader,
It’s 3 a.m., and you’re tossing and turning in bed. You had a good day at work, but sleep just won’t come. Your mind keeps circling around this idea—something you’ve been wanting to try, something you can’t stop thinking about.
You have a vague sense of what you’d like to explore, but there’s also that loud voice in your head saying: “This is unrealistic. How could I possibly make money from this? It’s safer to stick with what I’m doing now.”
The next day at work, you catch yourself daydreaming about the creative painting you worked on over the weekend, or the book you read in one sitting—a topic completely different from your current career. But you push the thought aside for “tomorrow” and dive back into your tasks.
If this sounds familiar, congratulations—you’ve already taken the first step. You’ve discovered something you care about, something you want. You just haven’t acted on it yet.
This is where I come in. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to help you go through your idea and explore it fully. Together, we’ll:
- Clarify your vision: What is it you really want to try?
- Align your idea with your strengths and values: Does it really feel right for you?
- Create an actionable plan: Whether it’s small, manageable steps or a bold leap, we’ll determine what works best for you.
Are you afraid to even voice your idea because it feels so different from what you’re doing now? Or are you worried about what your partner, parents, or colleagues might say?
I know how daunting this step can be. But I also know the strength, courage, and confidence you gain when you stand up for what you want. I’ve seen this transformation in the women I work with, and I want the same for you.
You can do it! 🙋♀️💪

Here is my weekly career, life and productivity hack for you, Reader:
Ready to step out of your comfort zone? 🌟
You want to do something new? Maybe something you have never done before? You are worried about what others might think? You toss and turn at night, because you want to do it, but you are scared?
You discuss back and forth with your partner at the dinner table and they are also telling you to simply get on with it?? You are annoyed with yourself for still not having given it a go?
You don’t know what it is that is holding you back, but you keep pushing your fear back down…
Try the following:
1. What does your fear look like? Is it a person or an item? Close your eyes and visualise your fear with as much detail as you can. Where is it currently located in your Body? Ok.
2. Listen to your fear, because she is a part of you, even if you don’t like her behaviour. What does she have to say?
3. What is her positive intention behind her panic?
4. Visualise talking to her and thanking her for her positive intention. Let her know you have heard her and that you appreciate her concern. This step is important!
5. Visually create a space inside your body that you invite her to move into. Make this space nice and cozy for her.
6. Reiterate that you will always listen to her and then explain, which action you as the adult now choose to do.
“Your fear may sit in the car with you, but you are the one behind the steering wheel.”
