Hello Reader,
I recently worked with a client. These were her words: “I want to know where I fit in. I know I’m done with rigid hierarchies and big corporations.
But how much risk am I really willing to take? Would a start-up suit me—or maybe even building something of my own?”
I have heard this a lot recently.
Many women in STEM feel that something about their current role just doesn’t feel right.
But figuring out the next step(s)? That’s not easy.
Too many options. Too much uncertainty.
And that uncomfortable feeling of being stuck—while the desire to make an impact keeps growing. Not an easy place to be…
In my coachings, we create space to explore these questions:
1) What matters to you—beyond your CV and job title?
2) Where can you really create impact with your strengths—at a start-up, as a founder, or in a completely different setting?
3) What are the strategic steps you can take now to build the knowledge, skills, and network you need?
The goal: to help you move forward with intention and courage—with a clear yes to yourself.
One of my clients recently told me:
“I now know that I’m taking strategic steps—for the impact and for the life I want.”
You might say: “But what if I make the wrong decision? What if I fail?”
Completely valid questions.
But here’s the thing: It’s not about making the one perfect decision.
💡It’s about knowing yourself so well that you can keep making aligned decisions—backed by clarity, confidence, and a solid plan.
You can do it! 🙋♀️💪

Here is my weekly career, life and productivity hack for you, Reader:
Every new step—whether it’s a career change, a decision, or a fresh idea—comes with uncertainty. Fear will most likely be right there with you.
And guess what? That’s completely normal.
But fear doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path. It just means you’re stepping outside your comfort zone.
What helps?

👣 Taking that very first step
Because only when you get going, do you start to prove to yourself (and your brain) that it can actually work.
Clarity doesn’t come before action—it often comes through it.
