If you trust your manager and have a good relationship, have that conversation. Share what excites you. Share what you want more of.

Sometimes, choosing to stay and explore options internally takes more courage than looking outside.
\u200b
And it can open doors you didn\u2019t even know existed.
\u200b
And if the relationship isn\u2019t there? Or if the options inside feel limited?
\u200b
Then look outside. Find opportunities that will stretch you in a way that makes you think: I can\u2019t wait to get started.

Ask yourself:

\u2022 What should stay the same in my work?
\u2022 And what are the responsibilities and projects I want to add to my daily life?
\u200b
Growth doesn\u2019t always mean going up. Sometimes, going wider is exactly where the magic happens.
