Share what excites you. Share what you want more of.<br \/>\u200b<br \/>Sometimes, choosing to stay and explore options internally takes more courage than looking outside.<br \/>\u200b<br \/>And it can open doors you didn\u2019t even know existed.<br \/>\u200b<br \/>And if the relationship isn\u2019t there? Or if the options inside feel limited?<br \/>\u200b<br \/>Then look outside. Find opportunities that will stretch you in a way that makes you think: I can\u2019t wait to get started.<br \/>\u200b<br \/>Ask yourself:<br \/>\u200b<br \/>\u2022 What should stay the same in my work?<br \/>\u2022 And what are the responsibilities and projects I want to add to my daily life?<br \/>\u200b<br \/>Growth doesn\u2019t always mean going up.
